Professional Dan Ostrin Crowned Champ!!!

 

Dan Ostrin of Widgi Creek wins by one stroke (2 day total of 141) over Brian Nosler, Kelly Wechter, Chris Points, Bob Rannow, and Jeff Marsh. Ostrin walks away with $1,100. We had 22 teams. Professional Bob Garza of Lost Tracks came in low on the team side. They had a 2-day team score of 386 winning $1,000.

ChristieCare is proud to partner with the Oregon Chapter PGA to support critical services for children and families in crisis throughout Oregon. As of August 1st, the OPGA has raised over $11,000 at the Pro-Am's!


All funds raised through team sponsorships, raffle ticket purchases, and donations made at Oregon Chapter PGA Pro-Am Series tournaments will directly support ChristieCare, a leading provider of mental health programs, intensive therapy, culturally responsive treatment, and transitional housing for children & young adults in Oregon.


We invite you to find a team and participate in the 2010 ChristieCare Cup Pro-Am Invitational. This is a one-day event with a purse that will exceed $20,000 (For a 1-day event!). A team consists of 3 players ($800/player). Professional's have no entry fee.

You are invited to the 2010 BBSI Fall Tour Invitational. For over 30 years this has been one of the Chapter’s most popular golf events. 
 
The entry fee is $100/day for professionals and amateurs.   This includes individual and team awards, skins each day for professionals and amateurs, golf cars and range. 
Amateur handicaps are limited to 18 for both individual and team. Please keep the amateur handicap limit in mind when inviting your players. 
 
NEW THIS YEAR: THERE WILL BE A SENIOR PROFESSIONAL DIVISION
 
We are excited this year to have BBSI (Barrett Business Services Inc.) as the title sponsor of this event. JD Mowlds, who for many years was responsible for the administration of the Fall Tour is now the Central Area Service Manager for BBSI and will be hosting appetizers and drinks on Thursday evening at Black Butte Ranch after the final round around 7:30PM.   Last year we used different team formats for each course and everyone seemed to enjoy the change so we are again going to use four different formats this year.

**The course rotation and
team formats will be as follows:
   
Monday,      September 27:  Awbrey Glen GC (Gross-Net)
Tuesday,     September 28: Broken Top Club   (Net Rotation)
Wednesday, September 29:  Eagle Ridge GC  (3 Nets)
Thursday,    September 30:  Big Meadow GC (1Gross-2 Nets)
 
            
 
We will have two shotgun starts each day (8:30 and 1:30) as we have the previous years.
Entries have been sent out to everyone that has played in the past three years and we will be accepting the first 52 paid entries received. Please note - your entry fee check will not be deposited until Friday, October 1st. If you want to play – enter today!
 
 
NOTE: We will be strictly honoring the first come basis for tee time requests…so get your entry in today to get the times you want.
